Designed by two-time Comrades Silver Medalist and Back-to-Back medal recipient, this training plan will get you from January 1st to Comrades with any goal in mind from Wally Hayward to simply meeting the cut-offs. Coach Neff will discuss your goals, history, and schedule to customize a training plan applicable to you. Plan includes recomended weekly mileage, long run build-up, strength work and injury prevention, quality sessions, and races as part of the final 6mo of training. Plan adjustements and general check-ins throughout the plan are included but note an athlete requiring more input and coach communication should instead registeer for the monthly coaching package.
