The Bellville to Boston (B2B) Supported Long Run Series is a set of long runs designed with Boston Marathon training schedules in mind. B2B is brought to you by Hardloop Endurance. This is not exclusive to Hardloop athletes or Boston Marathon participants. All athletes must have a 2022 digital waiver and club insurance paid prior to the event. Coach Cal Neff has utilized the hills of Bellville to prepare himself and many athletes for marathons and mountain/ultra/trail races around the world. With hundreds of miles of experience in the area, routes will be unique (not just the Classic Coushatte) with options for varying distances. Each run will include marathon-specific preparation goals for those interested in the Hardloop training method. Marathon experience & knowledge will be shared to best prepare athletes for Boston (or other upcoming races).
Details: - Pre-Planned routes to maximize exposure to elevation changes - Supported Long Runs with pre, post, and on-course refreshments - Camaraderie; pack running and inspiration from some of Houston's top runners and team of Hardloop Coaches, post-run breakfast - Car Pooling: Houston to Bellville is 1 hour+ (but well worth it), use the Facebook event forum to arrange rides from Houston and Katy - $5 drop-in fee (or donation of your choice) is typical, see individual events for details @HardloopRun Venmo - Must have 2022 Hardloop RRCA Club Membership and Form Completed (regardless of other club affiliations)
