About the Event
Meeting at Easter Glades for a 7PM start of a recovery/social pace group run around the park. All welcome, bring a friend, all distances, all paces, all faces. Coach Cal will have a quick pre-run training discussion and warmup exercise suggestions with a demonstration. Hardloop coaches are available before and after for existing or interested athlete discussions.
Note that we will have a photographer/videographer present during this event as part of an ongoing mini-documentary. Participants may be asked to sign a release waiver.
