Prepare to discuss the following:

  • Running History
  • Running/racing goals
  • Injury- history and/or current concerns
  • Treatment history
  • Strength Training- history or current


Clients will leave the consultation with:

Personalized exercise plan with instructions and images with updates as needed (usually every 2-4 weeks):


  • Follow up chats via phone/text/facetime to assess progress
  • Formal Follow Up plan- if needed outside of exercise programming
  • Personalized referral to in-person Physical Therapy services if needed
